That's the worst interview I've ever seen. The F&I departments are a money making machine. That small F& I room makes more money "by far" per square foot than any other department in the dealership. They prey on poor/weak credit and of course the nicest trusting people of all.
That would be the DMV is what they call it in california. in other states it has diffrent names, ect but basicly the place that issues Registration numbers for your car control the regulations ect.
That would be the FTC and AFIP. When a professional F&I manager is on staff; that is where the "BS" from the dog and pony show ends. A good F&I professional is a dealer principals' last line of legal defense. Unfortunatly, alot of dealers choose not to pay what a good seasoned F&I manager is worth, and therefore you have the unqualified people in that role who don't have a clue as to what they are doing, and make the whole dealership look bad.

I would have to go back at least 25 years to find an interviewer and interviewee any worse than this! HORRIBLE!
