I was listening to my scanner just now here in San Jose California and they just transmitted a very similar message at midnight. The dispatcher did a great job and made a me smile and from a few responses from the police on patrol, they got a kick out of it too. Happy Holidays everyone! :)

@otherhervey They usually do it every year at midnight on 12-25. They use of of the other radio channels which is not used as much. When you hear the Dispatcher say "Break" that a break in the transmission in case for some reason someone did need to say something on that channel

and get through.
