@logbeatsasuke You gotta follow his story-line by meeting him at the different places throughout the game in the correct order and make sure you answer his questions correctly. Also you have to save his daughter trapped in the crystal golem in the Crystal area. Then when you meet him at Lost Izalith, you gotta make him fight the monsters by talking to him several times. Then you gotta finally go back to Ash Lake for a surprise.
