I partly agree with you but let's look at the facts here, in an objective manner.

1-Both songs have identical intros with both singer's voices starting at the same time, same note may I add.

Katie Costello plagiarized the song and clip "ton plat favori" by Malajube (check it out on you tube) with "her" song kaleidoscope machine. The people and more importantly her fans need to know the truth. Spread the news.

If everyone that says Katie ripped this song off they need to say that about Malajube and everyone back to James P. Johnson the Father of Stride piano technique and Rag Time music before that. And in regards to the music video it is not that original but there has been Silhouette animation since 1910.

I love this song! When you make it big may I suggest that the video be shot in Paris, cutting between whatever that famous park is and a Paris flat...? Same time period though... just what I see when I close my eyes and listen to this song.
