  • Interesting talks

  • @JDNuvo Thank you. This talk is 1 of 1500+ from our interview series. We interview tomorrow's leaders - such as Simon - today to help make aspirational careers more approachable. Interviews repeat annually, which creates a longitudinal study perspective of how aspirational careers develop. Each interview is also cut into separate videos by question so we may categorize them by a taxonomy of aspirational career development themes or ingredients. How may we help you Capture Your Flag?

  • This is so true. And I think it applies to brands as well.

  • he's right but nobody is going to change their behavior

  • @fornello123 Indeed, behavior is very difficult to change. Old habits die hard, right? However, that is where rewards and incentives come into play. Whether you are dealing with a toddler or a teammate, these play progressively critical roles as trust builds in a relationship. But first we have to align values with objectives, short or near term. That's where effective communication and listening play such a big role.

  • @fornello123but they would only need to change their behaviour if there is a problem with how they interact with people, which in turn would mean that their own behaviour is detrimental to what they get out of life and other people. Its in their own best interest to change and if they don't then they will end up alone. Simple

Well... not until you threaten to cut their dicks off...
