    Regards

    keith

  • Hi Keith, I'm afraid I have very little in the way of music. Most of my playing is done by ear. I arrange the chords using band in a box software & simply follow them when I'm playing. I can read a bit and use some music for Scottish tunes but I'm afraid that's all

  • Très belle! J'adore la musique. C'est la France!

    Merci!

  • I would like to see this being played :)

  • Absolutelly stunning!!!!!!

  • Thanks very much

  • Wonderfull Skills! I wish I could play like this... Any chance of telling us who the Maestro/s is/are?

  • It's myself, Graham Wilson !

  • Gyönyörű!

    Bravo Fantastik!!!!

  • Is this elektric-accordion?

  • No, straight accordion only, no electornics in it at all. I use band in a box software & the reason sondbanks library for the sounds

  • Très belle interprétation de cette magnifique oeuvre d'André Verchuren. : félicitations.

  • Merci très avec bonté de ce commentaire gentil

    Graham

  • Ļoti skaisti spēlējat! ļoti labas improvizācijas!

  • Отлично!

  • спасибо

  • A very nice tune indeed. I got an old accordion belong to my mom, but sadly it's out of tune on several keys so I never mess around with it very much. :3

  • Aye, they can sound like a cat in pain when they're out of tune LOL LOL

  • Danke!Spasibo!Merci!!

  • Merci

  • Ca c´est la France que je connais!

    Bravo !

    Congratulations, from France !

    Odette.

  • Thank you Odette.

  • I have been playing accordion since 1941 and I still can't play by ear. To memorize a song is long and arduous, but with music I can play anything. Your tecnique is outstanding. I enjoyed your concert. Thank you.

  • With computers and a lot of software at youe disposal it makes the job of learning a tune a lot easier. Thanks for the nice comment

  • Graham, this is you at your best, brilliantly played and great variations too

  • Thanks Shona, it's a great tune

  • I love this beautiful musette. You are an excellent accordionist. Thanks for playing. Fran

  • It was my pleasure

  • I' ; m heureux vous l'avez apprécié vous remerciez

  • Is that the comodore 64? On image?

  • Naaa, it came a wee bit later than the commodore LOL LOL

  • is it the Elkavox on the foto? 77 83 o F3?

  • That's the elkavox 83 that's in the pic. The F3 came later as it had factory fitted midi. I had an F3 for many years and the generator packed in. I've now got the 83 and I'm using it just as straight box now along with different software

  • what's the name of this song? where can i get sheet music? currently all i know on the accordion are folk tunes and polkas, really appreciate the sound of these regional tunes

  • Tune is style musette. If you do a google for sheet music for it, you should get lucky. I don't read music so havn't got it I'm afraid

  • How much time is to study to play on an instrument like this? if anyone know please write me here! Thank you, Merci, Danke schön, Köszönöm szépen:D

  • It depends on how serious you want to be with it. For example if you want to get to concert level, then you need to practise 8 hours per day. If you simply want to be good enough to earn some money then you still need to practise daily and also try & play tunes without music. When you can play without music you can play tunes people ask for. It takes years of study to fully understand AN instrument and the accordion is no exception. Time effort anf you've got to love what you're doing also

  • Bon vidéo

  • this is wonderful! both my friend and i play accordion, but we specialize in Irish music. i'd love to learn some musettes, however!

  • Thanks very much, my best advice would be to listen to the French & Italians playing them to get a feel of how they play them !

  • Thanks Doug, that was a fun to record

  • Absolutely brilliant, and supreb variations, well done

  • This waltz is very enchanting Graham...I love it...ERIK

  • Thanks Erik

  • som lindo de mussete..o ketron x1 emita mto bem estes sons..

  • Agradecimentos, eu uso-me Band-in-a-box

  • I could listen to this all day :) Is that an Elkavox you're playing? If so, I want one too :)

  • Thanks. It's the original elkavox 83, with no electrics. All the 'sounds' come from various soft synths.

  • Fabulous

  • Thanks Lachy

  • Wow, what a change from your slow airs, and what a super variation

  • Thanks it was fun

  • Sorry, I don't read music, all by ear.

  • nice work--I have great respect for ear players--Iam more of pianist but still play an old imperial at times--dont let the notes get in the way eh? Xlnt!

  • Thanks for the comment, I often wish I DID read.

  • Very nice this waltz by Andrè Verchuren!

    I love it (5 stars)!

  • Thanks very much, it's the kind of tune you can go to town on LOL

  • Just BEAUTIFUL!!

  • Thanks, it's a typically good French tune

  • god bless non music readers.where do i buy this stuff from

  • If you mean the sheet music, I've no idea, try doing a google for the music score for it.

  • hello Graham, this is fantastic...and so v-E-ry stylish! I've only played musette tunes from sheet music, but without ornamentation written out..it sounds rather dull and lifeless. I love your last variation...totally rocks!!

    CT

  • Thanks Cathy, much appreciated

  • I'm sorry, I don't read music Antonio. All the tunes I've posted are played by ear. Thanks for the comment

  • nice piece Mr. Wilson would you have the sheet music ??

    Antonio

  • Thanks for that info

  • it's called style musette.I have the sheet music. So do a proposition how you want to have it.
