She left around the time Da Capo came out. She said that she never wanted to be a singer, she only wanted to sing. The band's popularity got to her and the attack on the Berggren's mom scared her.

I am still absolutely devastated Linn left Ace of Base. They are not the same now without her. Come back please, This track is one of their greats and the video tribute is spot on, Their greatest bits. You will always be greatly missed Linn and Jenny.
