@TrueKillerHun I can definitely see why you would think that Rinrin is played by Tara Strong, the voice of Twilight Sparkle, it sounds just like her. But Rinrin is actually voiced by Kate Higgins, the same voice of Sakura from Naruto and Tina Armstrong from DOA.
