If the liberals were in power the deficit would be a lot more than $50 billion. However, the recent "attack" ad on Ignatief was not necessary and I am opposed to the fact that tax payers are now forced to pay to save GM from going bankrupt.

If the liberals were in power the deficit would be a lot more than $50 billion. However, the recent "attack" ad on Ignatief was not necessary and I am opposed to the fact that tax payers are now forced to pay to save GM from going bankrupt.
However, the conservative government only has a minority and its the typical and naive liberal supporters who think that the conservatives can do a bettter job with just a minority. The conservatives need a majority in order to fully augment their power.

Perhaps you should be mindful that many of those 'frenchies' to whom you refer are returning HOME from Afghanistan in pine boxes so don't let you preduices grt in the way of sound judgment- or is that too a Tory trait?

I am not blaming my problems on other people. But you did. You were so adamant about students having to deal with their burden of school debt and the bad economy and you blamed the conservative government. Much like the liberal caucus and supporters, you are a hyprocrite. Second, there are many more English speaking canadians returning home in pineboxes than french.

Listen Rhubarb, the Deficit is forecast at more than $50 Billion already. They refuse to say how much more as they don't have a clue. This isin part due to Harper's insistence on ignoring all the economic indicators at his disposal and to a Conservative 'hands off' approach to the economy practiced in the US of A for an eight year period resulting markets bloated and burst sending their toxic vile around the globe.
