Mhm. In fact, the only ones who didn't actually 'go Maverick' were Storm Eagle and Chill Penguin. I know Storm Eagle sided with Sigma willingly as a matter of pride after being soundly and thoroughly defeated, and also in order to test his strength against X. Chill Penguin, however, I'm not sure why.
