it's probably because the terms the you use is sub standard... I don't mean to sound rude or anything but, I think what you mean by, one leg balance is liberty frog lift talaga di namin alam pasenxa na. what we have is, ground up heelstrech pyramids, liberties, fulldown up to arabesque to fulltwist cradles, then backtuck tosses and a toe touch, punch front to swedishfalls to 221 and 211 heelstrech, kick toses and x out tosses and the finale, 221 and extensions. un mga stunts namin.

You know, our terms are based on US Cheerleading and NCC, it might not sound familiar.. Given the fact we're using different terms but it's not really important how you name such stunt.. It's just how you execute it.. Agree? I'm sure you do...

I have a friend who's a cheerleader form UP as well . She's using the word CANON ( for jazz dance) but when it comes to cheerleading, RIPPLE is the right TERM...
