No company name...Ive purchased them from restaurant supply houses in the past..They are made from Basswood...I purchase basswood from Kappler already cut to scale for most of my projects...He has good quality material and does 1:48 and 1:32 which are my primary scales..He also does 1:87 or HO scale...Thing is, when you sell scale models as I do, you need exact scale material and the stir sticks are not exact..they are fine for some things but not for my buildings...
And don't forget the 3 basic straight and tapered shapes for chopsticks: round, square and rectangle. Cheap at the dollar stores. Could make good infrastructure at the least.
