I never liked the turd carlin. Never had a good thing to say about the country that treated him so well. He used Caucasians to shit on for the purpose of getting non-Caucasians to think he was cool. A total phony and ingrate, as well as a mental midget that overrated his intellect. Pathetic.
US congresswoman Cynthia McKinney has come out and blamed the pro-Israel Lobby in America (AIPAC, ADL, ZOA, etc) for ruining her political career. While in congress she refused to sign the pro-Israel pledge and took a pro-Palestinian stance. Because of this, McKinney said “war was declared” on her by the Jewish lobby. In 2009 she told TIU's Ognir that “more than 99% of Congress work for Pro Zionist Israeli interests.”
George Carlin was not only the best comedian, but he was also a philosopher, a great writer and a great observer of human behavior. We not only lost a comedian but we also lost a great genius. RIP
At least when I was a kid, I wasn't in any hurry to grow up. Everyone else "couldn't wait" to be older so they could do this & do that, but I always thought, what's the rush? When I get old I'll probably wish I appreciated every day as a kid. And I do.
Like the Buddha taught, all you ever have is the NOW. Suffering comes from worry over the past, which you can't change, & worry over the future, which you can't anticipate. Live in the now.
@lilithrozz in the US, 21 is the legal age for drinking (alcohol). But it's not just the drinking, it signifies that you are truly an adult and free to do whatever you want.
Yeah grab a gun put a bullet in the chamber spin the reel than pull the trigger and move on to the next level/rung of existences. You said it keep on moving. Theirs 2 sides to one coin. If you wanna stay here than keep on keeping on. If not than duck out and fold your hand. Play the game however you want.

Carlin was (and still is) the best... First part is his, for other I'm not sure, but whatever and whoever wrote second part, this is video that should be played in every classroom, office or public event for every people. Every tv program should begin and end with this video and every day everyone should repeat this to themselfs at least 3 times per day! Memorize it!
@777nirgal People have been commenting on how the second part may not be George Carlin's. Myself, I'm not sure. But the message is the most important thing, and what the second part teaches us is to live everyday to the fullest. I think George would approve.
@kieranibus Look it up on snopes. Also, Carlin was much too cynical to offer positive advice like this. Not to say that it's bad advice, but if you were about to kill yourself like that other guy you might as well add being stupid enough to fall for this to your list of reasons to kill yourself. In the words of the late great Albert Eintstein, "You're a dumbass!"
@jfleminator "Underneath every cynic is a disappointed idealist. There may be some little flicker of light [within me], some little flame of idealism, that wishes everything were different. But the REAL cynics are the people who tell everything is gonna be alright."
AntiSanta. For the past two years, I have grieved the loss of a loved one, a family member. VitaBrevis lifted my spirits with this inspiring piece.......it sincerely touched my heart, and has helped me through some of the darkness. But for some reason you have felt the need to say that I'm pathetic. You must be very cold......bitter..........I wish you better days.......I wish you well.!!
I will never do this ever again. But since most kids do it, why not. The 4 people that disliked it have no soul. And they are grasping for air from boredom, and misery.
i miss geoge so much! who could take his place? i am 51 and i think--oh my i'll never live to be 102. if i did the rest of my family would probably be gone--and i would be lonely as hell. for you young people out there--make the most of your life. take a vacation every time you get the chance to do so. fuck retirement--my folks have the money to go any place they want--but they just want to sit home on the couch--to afraid to go anywhere fun. i may be broke--but i took like 6 vacations a year.
Its hard to find comfort now a days..People always think inside the box. Im sick and tired of being sick and tired..I just got married and lost my job.. and living day by day.. dont know what tmrw might bring...But I have my wife and I cherish her..I dont know why im writing this, but it feels good not to swim in this ocean by myself.. I love life but she is hard to get...
Im have to say this is one of those videos you put in your favorites..My generation does not have true speakers like you. Thank You George Carlin for this message to my generation and one day we will see you so you can make us THINK again my friend.. :)
I just don't get tired of watching this. Back to life.

@analpokemons maybe you didn't saw the full video, somewhere in between it said "The tears happen. Endure, grieve and move on".
you can't change the past nor you can predict the future, so try to improve your present
