  • Good choice of driver cause only Hamilton would be dumb enough to drive in a soaked track on optiona

  • Only CHUCK NORRIS Can drive with dry tyres in wet condition

  • which is worse option or prime tyres in the wet?

  • @ASSHOLELA Well theres only 1 way to find out...............FIGHT

  • option tyres arn't supposed to perform in the wet. thats why they are DRYYY!! tyres dump ass

  • Can you say wheel spin? I can.

  • ha is nice using DRS with soft tires and in raining.its fucking crazy

  • Without meaning to brag, I think I can go one better. On rFactor I have some different versions of the Nürburgring with different weather. One of them being snow. Using Option tyres is bad enough, but with Primes you're garuanteed to lock up and hit a wall.

  • I respect this person. if the game automactically chooses full wets for the car, u should change them to inters and it is normally dry enough for them and they tend to be 4-6 seconds faster a lap.

  • How do you put the DRS on?

  • This track is absolutely drowned in water... there is no way a slick tyre could handle a full-wet track... if F1 2010 let you drive in those conditions with slicks, then it was wrong...

  • WHY DID YOU HAVE DRS OPEN THE WHOLE TIME!? AM I THE ONLY PERSON TO NOTICE THIS!!!!!

  • @webster777777

He only used DRS on 1:00

  • @webster777777

If the DRS button is green, it only means that he can use it if he wants to. If its blinking, then he is using it.

  • @webster777777 Have you actually played the game? DRS illuminated in green = it's available to be used. Blinking green = it's engaged.

  • i tried that the other day at monaco, bloody hell i din't think i went 100 yards without crashing lol

  • is there a helmet cam veiw in this game cuz i have only seen gameplay in this veiw??

  • @brraaahh I haven't missed a race since 1995... Some people just do not know the difference between testing video game mechanics and actually trying to take a racing line.

  • @frmacleod:Just let the guy talk.

  • @frmacleod:The guy said that you don,t know Formula 1,and that,s when I said to lt this guy talking.

  • @frmacleod He doesn't know about f1 There just noobs

  • @frmacleod Just because youve been to every race doesnt show that you know how to race a F1 car.

  • @brraaahh HE GOT CONFUSED SHUT UP lol

  • I still wonder how you constantly activated DRS

  • @slavenleko1 drs is enabled when dry tires are on .. does not matter what condition your driving in

  • Still, they perform unrealisticly good on the wet.. This is impossible in real life.. (look at GP Nurburgring 2007)

  • Terrible mistake in turn 11.

  • @TheHaterHatet You do understand that I was not racing? Just testing tyre grip. Braking zones and racing lines were the last thing on my mind.

  • Comment removed

  • I love doing this in F1 2010 and F1 2011. Not in my career races; but in time trial or just a normal grand prix. I love having to correct with every little steering input. A much more intense driving experience.

  • You take lines that I would crash off if I took in the dry.

  • @ididi9 You're absolutely right. However when I made this video I was just testing tyres.. not racing. :)

  • @frmacleod Don't worry about that comment.

It's probably made by someone that doesn't know that there's often more grip off the normal racing line in the wet :D

  • the tyres performing bad but ur a bad driver to xD

  • @D1rtyR4ng3r I suppose you don't understand the difference between testing the limitations of tyres and actually trying to race?

  • well i know that you dosen't use wet tires there but you don't even take the apax line so can't go better then bad:P

  • well i know that you dosen´t use wet tires there but you don´t even take the apax line so can't go better then bad:P

  • that stupid hmm slippery track I know lets take away downforce codies you're violating the rules and regulations of the FIA

  • You never actually span arouund, just had lots of understeer. The car should be snapping at the rear with slicks on a wet track :(

  • @imtheduke no lol...it has no grip to make the back end "snap" if there was a drying line and a wet line, and u slipped on to both..then maybe..

  • @jhnzainal In F1 2010 you could put in a decent lap-time with dry tyres in the wet.

  • @frmacleod I tried it several times you could only do that on a damp track when it got heavy you aqua plained badly and could not perform a decent lap time at all.

  • @frmacleod in F1 2006 you couldn't.

  • @lifethelifetoday Indeed, I try, and it's impossible. Fun to try in time trial though xD

  • @violetpingu2 There's no damage there, try a race :P

  • @frmacleod which was bad

  • Is this PC? Or ps3?

  • @daboom2006 PC

  • @frmacleod Do you know if Ps3 has same graphics quality?

  • Why is DRS enabled in the wet?? :S

  • @nick031790 It's just practice. Game lets you use whatever setup you want in practice.

  • @frmacleod its not cause of practice ;p its cause of the tyres you use. when DRS gets disabled your engineer will often say "DRS is now disables due to wet weather tyres"

  • @frmacleod This isn't true. You can't use DRS in the wet when you have Wet Tires. You can use DRS in the wet but only then if you have Tires for Dry track

  • @frmacleod I also tried to drive in the wet with slicks, and i did one lap without crash in MONACO. You can find this film on my channel

  • @nick031790 they dont let you use it in the rain because you go faster and will put the drivers in danger

  • @nick031790 You can use DRS and KERS when you are in option tyres and prime. In inter and wets you can`t use DRS.

  • @nick031790 if you have dry tires drs will be enabled.

  • @nick031790 - DRS is enabled when using dry tyres.

  • @nick031790 drs is automatically enabled when you fit dry tyres, which as we know is wrong lol

  • how did you get the game

  • @kimi450 I live in Canada. The game is available now in North America.

  • @frmacleod lucky :)

  • they work a lot better than in 2010

  • @tullochaustralia Yeah. Still probably not simulation true to life.. but certainly a huge upgrade over how they reacted in F1 2010.

  • @frmacleod oh yeah cant wait for Thursday so i can play this game

  • I love this video, love this game, and i love you, no homo for uploading this video, thanks alot man

  • @FerrariMGO lol no problem. I love the game too!

  • @FerrariMGO np m8
