Good: It's realistic, there are speed limits to comply to and cops that arrest you if you break the law, fuel goes down so you have to replace it, truck maintainance,

Bad: there are no straight road, they all curve, speed limit is too easy to break, other traffic are idiots, and i can't think of anymore
