This is horrible on many levels, it's going to bring down military morale and allow enemies to expand, it's a disruption which should not be taking place, obama gone too far, he claims that it's nothing personal but I think most of us realize he is just saying that to cover bases. I voted for mcCain and I slowly accepted obama, looking at his strong points and up until recently I approved of him. If he tries to run for re-election, this little stunt will weigh on my decision without a doubt.

This lady obviously doesn't understand how the political environment and restrictions placed on him and his troops by President Obama and VP Biden with respect to field soldiers mandatory responses to situations on the ground, completely crippled McChrystal's ability to carry out a successful compaign in Afghanistan. You don't send someone into battle with two hands tied behind their backs! McChrystal simply stated the facts as he saw them.

Although it may not be his place to talk trash about the Command in Chief or the VP in the media; McChrystal is probably fed up it took Obama(and/or his administrator) a long ass time to make any decision on Afghanistan. If indeed he is inadequate for the job, Obama should have exercised his authority some time ago.
