dude you brown your meat with the parsley and garlic?? your burning it.. also why pour your olive oil on it while on the board and no your pan. Also please don't scrape your knife against the board like that.. that is so rookie

I agree with another post...rub the garlic and other spices after browning or you will scortch them.
