Bill O'Reilly held a poll re: presidential candidates (one week long, I believe). After the week, he announced on his program that Cain and Paul people flooded the poll and he wouldn't announce the winners! BIASED?
There's two ways of looking at this. One, liberal sites skewed the poll because O'Reilly's audience would back him, even though he obviously lost. Two, his audience actually back Stewart on this one, the obvious winner. If you support O'Reilly, choose one; O'Reilly lost either way, I'm just curious how dumb his supporters are.

O'Reilly lost when he didn't invite Lonnie Lynn, jr (Common). to clarify his views. I'm not going to point out the obvious of two males of another race somehow knowing what Lynn's view are. Stewart was smart enough to state he can't speak for Lynn and no one can speak for another accurately. So did Lynn sign a power of attorney authorizing O'Reilly to express his views? Just invite Lynn on and get the truth.. But when is Fox really going for the truth?
So all I got from O'Reilly's explanation is that either he's lying and his main pool of viewers said, "You lost" OR more than his viewers said that "You lost... shut up."
Reddit was the reason why the poll was "skewed". Note that all his other poll had less than 10,000 votes, and this one hit over 70,000. Yeah, that was Reddit.
That said, any sensible person knows that Jon Stewart obliterated Bill. Though obviously his own audience isn't anywhere near "sensible" so they would've deluded themselves in to thinking the opposite.
I can't imagine anyone who watched that interview thought Bill O'Reilly came out on top of the debate? Jon Stewart absolutely destroys Bill O'Reilly! He destroyed Bill O'Reilly by being informed. He allowed Bill O'Reilly to bring up the issue and make his arguments and since Stewart had all of the facts, he was able to systematically knock each of O'Reilly's points down one by one! BOO YAH!!!
The poll results probably don't mean much... Stewart supporters would have voted for him no matter what and ditto for O'Reilly supporters... it just became about who can go the most supporters to that poll to vote.

There's two ways of looking at this. One, liberal sites skewed the poll because O'Reilly's audience would back him, even though he obviously lost. Two, his audience actually back Stewart on this one, the obvious winner. If you support O'Reilly, choose one; O'Reilly lost either way, I'm just curious how dumb his supporters are.

O'Reilly lost when he didn't invite Lonnie Lynn, jr (Common). to clarify his views. I'm not going to point out the obvious of two males of another race somehow knowing what Lynn's view are. Stewart was smart enough to state he can't speak for Lynn and no one can speak for another accurately. So did Lynn sign a power of attorney authorizing O'Reilly to express his views? Just invite Lynn on and get the truth.. But when is Fox really going for the truth?

Reddit was the reason why the poll was "skewed". Note that all his other poll had less than 10,000 votes, and this one hit over 70,000. Yeah, that was Reddit.
That said, any sensible person knows that Jon Stewart obliterated Bill. Though obviously his own audience isn't anywhere near "sensible" so they would've deluded themselves in to thinking the opposite.

The poll results probably don't mean much... Stewart supporters would have voted for him no matter what and ditto for O'Reilly supporters... it just became about who can go the most supporters to that poll to vote.

So I think this was REALLY impressive from Stewart. Even if some Stewart fans went to O'Reilly's page to vote, STILL 79%?? There were a lot of conservatives too, a lot of O'Reilly fans who voted for Stewart. Because it was simply so obvious who won. It was ridiculous to vote for O'Reilly.
