its much easier to just use 2tbsp, a 12 fl. oz juice container (empty)

use whole milk, and coffee creamer for taste. Shake the shit out of it for as long as you can, strain and enjoy, this is the BEST way to make individual drinks 1 at a time, also use the root until it stops clouding water or milk or water, and dont use warm water, you can get it too hot, and destroy kavalactones

if yo use hot or even to worm of water you will loos potincy. and you can justblent it all and drink without filtering. ot just buy extract buy herb pharm the drops and take 150 drops a floot.

Not a bad recipe. But an easier way is to just put the kava and water into a blender and blend on medium for two minutes. Then just strain and drink. I used cold coconut water to improve the taste.

I bought some of your stone kava (1/2kg) after being very pleased with the effect of your instant kava, but after using the prep techniques shown above a number of times the stone kava had no effect except to make me want to lye down and sleep..? When I tried to drink it without straining it through a filter, I got sick to my stomach. Since then I have used a filter and have been fine. Based on what I experienced, I would strongly suggest you strain it first.

There's a coffee in the supermarket called KAVA Coffee. Kava Coffee is advertised on it's label as ACIDITY-REDUCED. So....will eating low acidity foods, (high-alkali foods), also make you high? that is exactly what it feels like yes, but with a clear head. No anxiety, angst, just a mellow stone and feeling of well being, and in lesser dosis there isnt even the "stone" just the calm. I am not a trained health professional, this represents my own layman oppinion and experience. Kava is instant Zen is what it is imho.
