@cliffworks4321 This is very common throughout underdeveloped cities. Even in San Juan, PR they still do this from high class hotels. The fish seems to love eating up all the shit that is thrown into the ocean. I've seen them munching on terds!

they have their own versions of hygiene :-) In 97-8 I lived with a traveling Laotian music show
throughout Esan and man it was primitive. Some of the life I experience in Cambodia was pretty funky too,
people just survivin anyway they could.
