Why we apple users are getting tired and loosing time even in basic stuff?

For making our favorite song as our ringtone, we have to be next to our computer

We have to download a software, we have to pay for 10 seconds more, wou have to drag and drop our file and syncronize it

is iphone easy to use ??? i dont think so...

Why nokia and blackberry users do this job in only 1 sec and we have to try harder every time even in that kind of simple situations???????????

Way easier way to do this without it deleting your music and you dont need the 'ringtone' tab. - Once you have the ringtone on your desktop, just drag it onto your iphone tab in itunes like you would a song, and it should put it on your iphone. Hope this helped

For everyone that doesn't have the 'Ringtones' tab in iTunes- go to

1) Edit > Preferences > Sources - check ringtones and then click OK.

The tab should then show up for you and you'll be able to put your ringtone onto your phone.

5. On ur iTunes, click on "Music" (not under ur iPhone). Drag your saved ringtone to your music. A "ringtone" tab should be created. Sync. Settings>Sounds>Ringtones.

YOU DO NOT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT DELETING YOUR MUSIC.

WORKS FOR IPHONE 4S.

1. Download Ringtone Maker. (PRO is better even tho $.99)

2. Make your ringtone, save it.

3. Plug iPhone into iTunes> iPhone> Apps > (scroll to bottom) File Sharing > Ringtone Maker/ (PRO), ur ringtones should show up to the right.

4. click on your ringtone that you created, then click "save to" (most likely to desktop)

@mabng once you've saved to file on your desktop you have to drag it into your music library on itunes first BEFORE then copying it from your library to the iphone, the ringtone should pop up after its in your library. hope that makes sense..
