  • start packin on some fat layers for survival warmth and energy martial arts training weapons training if needed and store weapons in different areas dont hoard anything all in one spot.

  • rich in alpha beta and gamma interferon!!! Woo! And other powerful immune modulating and enhancing compounds!!! Pasteurization kills it, all. :( Pasteurized milk does not build strong bones! Got Lies?!

    Raw milk all the way

  • @prsglenn Pasteurization kills what? Calcium?

  • @ninjajesus81 No, in 'pasteurization kills it all' I was refering to the alpha, beta, and gamma interferon and other powerful immune modulating compounds and enzymes. All of the enzymes in milk are killed during pasteurization. Calcium, no. Also, to a diffrent comment, cooked foods are linked to cancer. The longer you cook food, the higher the levels of acrylamide, as part of the maillard reaction. Though it isn't confirmed that cooked food causes cancer, it is confirmed that acrylamide does.

  • @prsglenn So all of those proteins are destroyed, interferons and enzymes, by pasteurization. Well, I'm no biology expert, but I know proteins are destroyed in the stomach anyway when they're broken down into amino acids.

Acrylamide caused cancer in 10% of rats, when the rats were given acrylamide in doses 900 times what the average human receives.

Acrylamide only forms in some food, when cooked certain ways, above a certain temperature.

It's reaching to condemn cooked food based on that.

  • @ninjajesus81 Acrylamide is formed above 100 degrees celcius. Most people bake in temperatures of 250 or greater. Acrylamide is formed during microwaving. It forms when you put your bread in the toaster and brown it. Acrylamide is also present in dried fruits, and cigarette smoke. The longer you cook and the browner you cook your food, the more acrylamide. Its also in pesticide. You make it sound as if acrylamide isn't regulary formed during cooking. Contrary, it's more common than not.

  • @prsglenn Just because you can list the ways it forms, doesn't mean it's more common than not. Like I said, it only forms in some food. It doesn't form in milk, which is the main point of this anyway.

And it only forms above a certain temperature. I boil a lot of food, which is not above 100 C.

A lot of food I eat I don't even cook.

So saying cooked food causes cancer is just propaganda. Especially since it's still not even confirmed that acrylamide does cause cancer in humans.

  • @ninjajesus81 Most of the civilized world bakes their food above 212 d. F (100 d. celcius).... boiling does not produce acrylamide, lucky you. In widely consumed food items, notably coffee, french fries, potato chips, and bread, disturbingly high levels of acrylamide are found. This is because of the Maillard Reaction, a reaction between amino acids such as asparagine and reducing sugars. The compund is known to cause tumors and is neurotoxic to rats, though the link is not confirmed in humans.

  • @prsglenn Yes, it's known to cause cancer in rats when given 900 times the average dose a human receives. That's hardly justification to just say "cooked food causes cancer".

  • @ninjajesus81 According to the HEATOX project, "risk characterization concludes that the evidence of acrylamide posing a cancer risk for humans has been strengthened" ...and..."Acrylamide is not the only genotoxic compound formed when heating food. Furan, HMF and other compounds have been investigated. A database of more than 800 heat-induced compounds, of which around 50 have been highlighted as potential carcinogens based on their chemical structure, has been compiled to aid future research."

  • @prsglenn Well, while scientists are still trying to figure out if eating cooked food can realistically cause cancer, we've known for a while that unpasteurized milk can make you sick.

  • @ninjajesus81 Pasteurized milk can make you sick, too. I drink raw milk all the time. If raw milk was that bad, then it would have killed off our ancestors long ago and I would not be writing to you via youtube. Im not going to do the research for you my friend, its your loss. This is the end of my debate.

  • @prsglenn Pasteurized milk can make you sick, but only if it's gone bad, or if you have an allergic reaction to it.

Water can make you sick too, but water with harmful microorganisms in it is always going to be worse than pure water.

Your "our ancestors" argument is faulty on so many levels.

It implies I'm saying raw milk will always kill you if you drink it.

It implies all our ancestors drank it, or drank it enough to not be able to procreate.

You think you're informed. You're misinformed.

  • @ninjajesus81 I had no idea there was all that information out there about cooked foods and disease until my debate with you. Obviously, I new there was some information, but everything I found afterwards was suprising. So I guess I owe you a thank you...!!

  • I have drank thousands of gallon of raw milk in my life and have consumed over 50,000 raw eggs, and my health and vigor are the highest when my raw consumption is at it's highest.

We are the only animals to cook our food and we are the only animals to get cancers and such.

All animals, in their natural habitat, eat raw and live foods exclusively.

  • @wackywireless That sounds like nation of islam propaganda. No, we're not the only animals to get cancer. What an absurd assertion.

And then you pretty much assert that because we cook our food, that that must be the reason we get cancer and animals don't. Two assumptions that neither are true.

Please show me a study that correlates cooked food to cancer. I can show you some that correlate non-cooked food to other illnesses and infections.

  • @ninjajesus81 Nation of Islam propaganda?? Are you high on drugs?

I have no interest in providing you a 'study', as I could find plenty of 'studies' that agree with me and disagree with me. My 'assumption' is a fact in nature, of which you can believe it or not, doesn't matter to me.

  • @wackywireless It's not a matter of believing it or not. You're wrong. You can go to Google and type in two words: "animals, cancer" that will provide many results that disprove your assertion that animals don't get cancer.

  • @ninjajesus81 Have you actually drank raw milk? Have you eaten raw eggs? Have you eaten a raw foods diet and had your vitals tested before during and after? Well I have. Unless you have 1st hand experience of DOING THIS, as I have, then your opinion on this subject is just not based on real life experience. You put in your time as I have and then call me.

  • @wackywireless You had your vital signs tested after a diet of raw food? What the hell would change about your vital signs? Were you dead before and now you're alive?

You're so just making shit up.

Not to mention you abandoned the "animals don't get cancer" angle.

  • @ninjajesus81 yeah...I'm "making shit up" so I can prove to a point to YOU, someone I don't even know or care about. Eat whatever you want, believe whatever you want and do whatever you want. I will do the same. good luck.

  • I don't know why people go on about how we shouldn't drink cow milk. It's a symbiotic relationship and, guess what, it's good for you.

  • milne has one of the hottest set of glutes in bodybuilding.

  • The dairy industry is an extension of the beef industry, which means it plays a major role in creating climate change. The dairy industry uses cows before passing them on to be slaughtered by the beef industry which is now recognized as an environmental nightmare. According to a UN report, "cows are contributors to climate change. Accounting for putting out 18% of the world's CO2, cows emit more greenhouse gases than cars, planes, and all other forms of transportation combined."

  • @emmj since we eat cows, we kill cows, and when you kill something, there is less of them. If there wasn't cows in those fields, there would be some other animal in their place, wild or domesticated, and maybe they would fart more than cows.

  • @emmj But raw milk farmers do not belong catergorized with the industrialized dairy farm industry. Raw milk is made exculsively by small family farms and is illegal to buy or sell in any store in most states, except california and few others, in other states, its consumption is either outright illegal or you have to go straight to the farm to get it, as I do here in new york. Do not confuse industrial farming with family run raw milk farmers.

  • I would be grateful to know why humans are the only mammals on Earth that have to insist on this mistake, namely drinking milk (raw or industrialised which are produced mostly by animals that evolutionarily speaking have little to do with homo sapiens, which not only is environmentally unsustainable, but also nutritiously fallacious. Cow milk is naturally designed to feed calf, not humans, let alone children.

  • @emmj so how do you explain bears eating honeycombs from a bees nest? Or lizards, snakes and other predators eating the eggs of their prey? Lions drinking the milk of a nursing prey they killed?

  • @wackywireless I agree! But people can't seem to follow the dots. Stay well brother.

  • @emmj We are the only mammals? I agree with somebody else who replied to you, how do you explain bears eating bees honey, a lion drinking the milk of its fresh killed prey, etc. According to you 'evolutionarily speaking' cows have little to do with humans, are environmentally unsustainable, and 'nutritionally fallacious'. Cows are not the problem here. The problem, my thick minded friend, is the INDUSTRIALIZED FOOD SYSTEM, and FACTORIES that pollute our air and water. Oh no, but its the cows!

  • raw goat milk or hemp milk b!tches!!! but raw cow milk is thee next best thing.

  • I drink lactose free light milk is that any good for bodybuilding

  • Check out the protein levels

  • what the hell is raw milk

    WTF?

    never heard something like that

  • @Xquu haha that`s funny, are you serious, what do you think it is? You know what milk is right, so raw milk is self-explained by the name.

  • keep in mind the Health Discussion only centers on the biology of the european male. A pharmacologist told me so. Every ethnic group has specific needs. with everybody being so mixed its getting tricky.

  • I have some mixed heritage, even if I am pasty white and am lactose intolerant, so i drink they 8th continent soy milk, but if raw does a body good like it did for Kenny maybe its worth the discomfort and gas

  • Geez Louise...got enough of that stuff? LOL!

  • Nope!!!!!!

  • Might build muscles but its probably bad for weight loss...Thanks for the hearty vibes tho'

  • I gaurantee your not going to get fat from drinking raw milk. It tastes nasty

  • Is that a Bulls raw milk?

  • lol. Raw milk FTW!!! As nature intended it to be!!

  • Hey :D I'm in Salt Lake. Where can I find local raw milk?

  • thanks for that info!

  • Milk Cow Share Program starting in NW Illinois.Contact me for details. Thanks

  • Just remember the FDA wants to make you sick so you spend money on drugs, provided by pharmaceutical companies, to treat the illnesses which are caused by the crap foods

that line the isles of supermarkets. Just think of all those high cholesterol drugs and heartburn drugs being pushed on almost every commercial on tv. I was stupid and ate at Burger King ONE TIME and had very bad heartburn for two months straight! I actually was throwing up stomach acid in my sleep a few times! I'm better now.

  • LOL! But there must be something wrong with you. Im with you on the first paragraph, but feeling that bad because u ate at BK once? Cmon! I can eat 10 cheseburgers at mcdonalds and nothing bad happens to me... I wouldnt do it too often, but lets not exagerate...

  • Milk is silly for an adult human to consume... You want probiotics, and great protien, eat clean wild raw meat, nuts and a variety f RAW fruits and vegetables. Milk is for babies. Unless you are of the Massai Marra...

  • Probiotics...milk and fermented milk products, like kefir and yogurt, are rich in these. The reason you eat raw meat is so that it is easier for your body to digest, you don't need to produce the enzymes necessary for cooked meat. But with kefir and other lacto-fermented foods, you get all the enzymes you need and can eat a fair amount of cooked meat. Just don't buy fake commercial kefir or yogurt. make your own.

Most vegetables are poisonous unless cooked somehow.

  • No one diet or system works for everyone. We are all different. I live in Europe now and raw milk is still available. Just gotta take your own container and get it. Horse, goat, cow and sheep milk. They eat a lot of raw meat here, too.

  • Raw Milk yeah? Raw milk... No. Cow milk was made for calves, not humans. Try drinking human breast milk. What's calf milk got to do with the crashing economy? Reshuffling the deck chairs on the the Titanic I suppose?

  • Being healthy improves your chances of surviving all kinds of adversity.

And it could come to be at some point that you are quite hungry, and all you can obtain for nourishment is raw, unpasteurized milk. It might be a good idea to know how your system is going to react...

  • Soy milk... yeeay ah. Cows eating hay with pesticides, being injected with growth hormones that may go into their calf milk that bloated humans drink... nooo wha.

  • Soy milk is fine too, but I think that you'll find most smaller dairy farmers have discovered that feeding their animals organic alfalfa actually increases milk yield. Just saying you should have an open mind and maybe try it once - but you're right - make sure it is from an organic farm.

  • Soy milk is a waste product from soy processing. It has a number of problems. The biggest problem, to me at least, is the phyto-estrogen in it, like taking birth control pills. So bad for babies and adults!! Watch Dr. Mercola's video on this site about soy!

  • dont forget about phytic acid, that mineral-leeching demon in whole grains and soy. To get rid of phytic acid in grain, you must either ferment them or soak in water and a little vinegar overnight or about 8 hours. It is worth it, they tast much better. Also, organic, fermented soy is not bad, but not in large amounts either. check out westonAprice dot org for all the info you need (for raw milk as well)

  • The ONLY soy you should consume is organic FERMENTED soy. Fermented soy is very healthy. Processed GMO soy...not so healthy.

  • Good points. I don't drink soy milk anymore...after I found out what is in it and what it can do to you.

  • Good points. I don't drink soy milk anymore...after I found out what is in it and what it can do to you." YAY!!! DITO!!! I LOVE RAW MILK!!! I DRINK IT EVERY DAY!!:-P

  • Do some more research and experimentation. You may change your opinion. I used to think like you on this subject...and then further knowledge changed my mind.

  • you're right, u have to be very careful about where u get ur raw milk from. Soy is definitely something to avoid though because it is loaded with trypsin inhibitors which decreases your bodies ability to digest protein. also, it contains goitrogen

  • and goitrogen impairs thyroid function. so just be careful with that

  • It is a good time to be healthy and fit. Feel free to ingest what you want. I enjoy raw milk. To each his own.

  • I've seen a few of your films and think there is a lot of truth in what you say. Some things I disagree with but I do think that there will be a large transition of wealth in the world and it will be in the next 10 years. A dooms-dayer am I? I think not. Like you I am also a realist.

  • Also I think bodybuilding is a great way to get the most out of life, as you are constantly pushing yourself to greater and greater hights and seeing how amazing the human body really is. Unfortunately drugs have spoilt the public perception of muscular men for good. :-(

  • I used to believe that. But I have changed my views.

  • Yeah... I was weaned when I was 6 months old. Cows milk are for calves!

  • I used to believe that way too.

  • Stop posting video's up. We all know no one will listen to u in real life, so u have to put it on youtube. lame.

  • That's funny.

  • i went to the store today to get some raw milk. that shit was 8.00 for a half gallon! screw that i'll stick with raw meat and eggs. like your vids though

  • If you live anywhere near the suburbs or the countryside, look for a dairy and buy it direct. Take your own container.

  • Have been out of town for a couple of weeks without raw milk.

Cannot wait to get a few gallons ASAP!!!

  • That is high. Here in Utah you pay $3 and it tastes great!!!!

  • yeah thats really good! you can't even get regular milk here for that price! i broke down and started buying it anyway though, can't really put a price on health. a law is going into effect in jan though that will make raw milk illegal to be sold in supermarkets for human consumption! soooo wrong

  • Comment removed

  • Thanks!!! I am drinking a half gallon right now!

  • I grew up on raw milk, great stuff, can't stand that crap stores claim is milk tastes awful.

  • Awesome!! I wish everybody had the chance to try it. My body seems to crave it.

  • Have you seen what is going on with gold miners trapped in S. Africa and do you think it will have any effect on gold market?

(BTW, I have got to get some raw milk, although it is pretty hard to find around here in AZ.)

  • Thanks for the heads up. I will check it out. It might, because as you know, things are very different behind the scenes. I continue to recommend gold stocks like NEM...Newmont.

  • where do you get raw milk? I know a cow, but where do you buy it?

  • Here in Utah in Payson. In California, at any good health food store. Can't wait to get to the gym today. back and biceps!!!

  • Hey MOT - you weren't kidding "California is starting to sink" re: housing - - I just saw Redfin DOT Com MAN!!! all of Los Angeles is for sale! The Cali property market is getting killed! (and you called it my man!)

  • Thanks, Donpedro! It is easier to feel when you go to Stockton and see the carnage for yourself. I have 15 minutes of Stockton footage on my DVD. It is brutal. 90% of buyer are GONE!! And that is when I filmed a couple of months ago!!!

  • We have been feeding our baby raw milk (and all of us) for many months now. We just add Udo's Oil to it to be more comparable with mother's milk, however nothing takes the place of mother's milk- for infants that is ;-) Got Raw Milk?

  • Thanks for the input...and thanks for telling me where to get it here in Utah!

  • It's nice to see you have a humorous side to you. I enjoy your vids. thanks !!

  • I mentioned to my mother that I was looking for raw milk, around here..she says "Hell, I guess I was in the 'know', a long time ago...that's all we knew growing up, was RAW milk." lol

The 2 of you are looking great! I guess (raw) milk, does.. do a body good! :0)

  • There is no way to really describe what raw milk tastes like from ONE healthy, organic, happy cow. You lucky duck!

  • So true. I was very anti milk until I became educated on the huge difference between raw and cooked milk. And, I have even made butter out of raw milk. Making your own butter is amazing and it, too, tastes great.

  • No, whole milk is bad. I like Skimm Milk.

  • Pasteurized non organic whole milk isn't really comparable the taste is definitely different.

  • It tastes soooooo good.

  • Great video MOT! Not to mention raw milk still has enzymes, such as lactase, which is needed for loctose digestion. This is why many people that are lactose intolerant do very well on raw milk, after giving up the pasteurized milk. Keep them videos coming! Loving them!

  • Truth in milk, Another area of life loaded with misinformation. I drank a gallon of it yesterday. It tastes soo good. I have zero desire for a glass of cooked milk.

  • Haha, got milk?

    MOT:...hum yeah!
