Maybe you'll meet or work with my good friend,Oscar Sanchez, in the real estate world. If you do, tell him his former stylist in Lubbock, Tx says 'Hey stranger, long time no see!!"Thanks and good luck,Nickas!
4. Real estate will always be a good area; hence the name, it's the only "solid" thing -as long as your own financial health doesn't rely on this year's value of your own investment! Your future home office looks great, and your ideal car a pride to the green and gay communities!!
5. Relationships: next to #1 I would say - I like the "unfriends" comment.
6. Good health and all the best to you in 2010 - thanks for sharing.
Great goal areas, Nick, even if we might differ on details:
1. Financial strength is a requirement for most other goals, (surviving inevitable downturns), 401(k) I assume has something to do with state pension; if the Republicans have their way it might not exist by the time you need it - beware of the MA syndrome!
2. Graduation is important in the absence of anything else that brings you success.
3. Austin for lifestyle? Love is paramount; you will always build an awesome nest.
Not the best time to get into real estate, BUT of all of the states, Texas is one of the few not being hit by the recession as badly as the other states. Good luck with your choices. We're pulling for you. :)
Oh, and another good thing about Texas for you is that your Spanish skills will come in handy and perhaps help your future career.
Nice Video!.. Kind of what we all want.. best of luck. to you.. still got lot to see.. lol..
Saludos..

Great start, Nickas (if you truly want to live in Texas, I hear Austin is the place).
Most people your age have not thought through their future plans that well.

I'll support anything you do unless it involves a sweat lodge and a "guru".
What about teaching? I thought that was a super passion?
What does your e-vision READING board consist of?
