Imo,,both of these guys were very underated fighters...Coxe took on all the toughest from his time, maybe lost a few but that goes with the territory....Nick Fotiu is probably the top NHL enforcer ever.
I like this. Two American guys playing for Canadian teams scrapping it up. I love Coxe's reaction in the interview. "I didn't do so well.Big Nicky's a pretty tough guy. I'm sure in his first year he wasn't winning all his fights either." No whining or bitching. Took a beating, shrugged it off and was ready to go again. That's the type of guy you want on your team. He sounded a little punchy, though.
I will say one thing about Coxe. He lost most of his fights, but he threw 'em. None of this holding and wrestling bullshit. Coxe threw down. I'd rather watch Craig Coxe lose a fight than see a Mick Vukota win one (if you can call a MV "win" a win)

Probert had troubles with Coxe but Fotiu beated pretty well Coxe here, DECISIVE WIN N.Fotiu.

@oneclowndown from what i remember Proberts and Coxes all scraps as those were more close ones to comparing this scrap betweem Fotiu and Coxe.
Fotiu never fought as he wasnt most active but when he did drop his gloves down it means a win for him usually.
He also beated Nilan, Hunter and Behn Wilson.
