The First time that I went to Tokyo, I was hesitant to try eel but the family that I was staying with had ordered the eel for delivery and I didn't want to appear impolite. It was delicious. The eel was tender and was marinated in a very sweet, almost dessert like sauce. I see that you got the choco - croissant from 'Saint Marco's'. I frequented there, often. They serve croissants with hot - dog sausages baked inside them. Although weird, they taste good.

Now, how this actually helps the economy is a little more complicated but the short answer is "It makes everyone feel better seeing more money come in."
