  • hey i just got my p90x set, and the diet plan seems just a litte to complicated to follow. all the serving sizes, protein, carbs, dairy, fruits, vegs etc.

    did you follow the plan exactly as specified?

    do you mind telling me what's a 1 day serving meal plan for you.

  • Good job man, im 3 weeks in and only lost 3 or so but thats not bugging me, my main goal is to fit as a fiddle, i only have 20 some pounds to lose total so i know its gonna be a journey. I see this vid is OLD... gonna see your latest vids here in a sec.

  • I'm doing P90X and I am on week 3 now...HOW THE FUCK DID YOU LOSE 15 POUNDS?!?! I was weighing 150 pounds at first and I know weigh like 145, that not 15!! How did you do it?

  • everyones body different..he had more lard/fat..you prolly didnt..so what basically happens you turned yours into muscle..so seems like you didnt lose weight, But you did & just turned into muscle mass.

    You know I don't agree. Unless you can hardly walk I think you can do this. The reason why is because you can technically set your own pace for the workouts. If they go to 25 and you can only get to 6 thats fine. Next time you can just shoot for 7 and the improvement will come. There are plenty of moves and workouts that I can't stay up with. You can do it. Just take your time and go slow at first to not get injured, especially on plyo and kempox

  • @toriano33 p90x is for beginners if you have the heart.

    but if u don't... if u fat as hell and can't do anything at all then start with the P90 b4 P90X. but i was 277lbs (man) b4 i started it and even though i had some troubles with some things in the video u can modify. In 8 weeks i went down to 250. and im keeping it up.

I guess looking at the video that it seems little more difficult in the beginning. I did not know there was a regualr P90..... Thanks I'll look for that. Continued Success to you
