@FEARxMEe Highlights are the lifts and boosts that they're doing, so a highlight routine is a routine with mainly just lifts and boosts.

@FEARxMEe thats because they only perform these routines at the fina trophy. It is an artistic event where the teams are judged solely on artistic merit... alot of cool stuff goes on at this competition!

@FEARxMEe yes i know they were amazing!!! the fina trophy is different from fina worlds though! senior national teams compete at both! the Fina trophy will be held in december and the fina world champs are held every two years (it was held last year so we won't see it again until next year!)....... haha

@ilovfigurs8ing i don't think synchro skating is harder, i just think it's different. but keep in mind that swimming is the most complete sport you can have. anyways, whatever sport you do, it all has its difficulties so we don't have to compare sports :)
