@brattybrandi556 i had a problem with my 8gb version. it would download music like twice and some songs would not play. i formatted my device and changed the downloading options in the menu from the fuze...anyway, you should format it. if you have windows media player you should be able to add music in the "sync" tab by just dragging saved music into the sync list, and the press "sync" of course.

you can also format your mp3 in windows media player. forgot how, should be easy to find online help

even if ur video doesnt need to be converted u should still use the SMC to add the video to ur sansa without causing errors on ur sansa

you have to put the video into 2 parts. for me if its a 4 minute vid if u cut it into 2, 2 minute videos it should convert fine.

It worked one time for me for one video. I downloaded it and tried it online. online says head server, said to try again later...doesn't work. The downloaded version the start button is dead, says to allow app to connect online through your fire wall, still didn't work.

this thing suks i downloaded the converter and it screwed it up. like when you clik my computer and open sansa then internal memory adn just drag files to put them on ur sansa. it worked but then i tried to be all proffesional and download the software so i could do it the way the booklet said and now wen i open my computer the sansa thing looks different theres no internal memory and now i cant even put anything on there now.
