All around sei an city (Commoners ' Qtr.) there are various docks with people on them. You need to draw lily pad right next to them and they'll hop on. You will have a time limit to make them reach their destination. I keep trying to do this, but I'm having a hard time completing this thing. Does anybody have any tips on how to do this to get the full praises from each one of them?

I beat it once and now I'm in some kind of "prestige" or god mode where I start from the beginning but it's the same exact thing but I have all my yen, tools, praise, etc. Does anything special happen at the end or does it keep going nonstop promising more adventure er... What?
