  • 1:45 header from laying down!

  • vialli has hair ? i thought he was born bald and stayed bald

  • amazing all around finishing... left foot shoots, right foot shoots, placed shoots, powerfull shoots, headers, overhead kicks!!! maybe im repeating my self, but... amazing all around finishing :) top quality stuff

  • 93/94 season Vialli had a lot problem with injuries that was also one of the reasons why he wasnt selected for the 94 world cup but also his relation with Arrigo Sacchi was never so good.Vialli said also as long as the Sacchi is national team coach he will never play for them...

  • Non credo che la vecchia Francia superare l'Italia la grande

  • Vialli! I also loved seeing him as player / manager at my team Chelsea ! my favourite Vialli game's for Chelsea game was when he scored 2 in the 4-2 comeback v Liverpool & in the 2-1 away win at Man Utd when he nutmeged Schmeichael. Awesome video man & nice music !

  • why he never played for italian squad? I never understood that...

  • @CroPETROforever Vialli played between 1985–1992 and scored 16 goals for Italy and played in two world cups 1986 and 1990. He was also part of the 1988 euro tournament and scored against Spain which can be seen at 0:29. The 1990 world cup was supposed to be his shining moment. He set up a goal in Italy's opening game with Austria but in the following game he missed a penalty against the USA. His poor form and injury saw him dropped in favour of Baggio and Schillaci and that was pretty much it.

  • @cevaking THX :) he was more a club player than national squad :)

  • @CroPETROforever Yes, you're absolutely right. He never really exploded on the international scene like he did at club level and it's a shame considering how good he was. Had he scored the 6 goals at Italia 90' instead of Schillaci he would of been remembered with Paolo Rossi as an all time great.

  • @cevaking true... I remember from 90's, when I was a child... I can't explain it exactly but I always had in my head when I would think about vialli: "oh he is juventus scorer, excellent"; but when I would try to imagine him in italian squad I just couldn't LOL... it's not that he wasn't good enough, he was excellent, but I just couldn't imagine him instead of del piero, baggio etc... Maybe he came in very "bad" time, means, he had a lot of competition in italy.

  • @CroPETROforever He certainly did especially around the 1994 world cup. Even though he won the UEFA cup in 93' he had to compete with players like Baggio, Casiraghi, Massaro, Signori and Zola who were all in good form. On top of all this he had a dispute with coach Arrigo Sacchi which sealed his fate from playing at USA 94'.

  • @cevaking , those were critical factors also. Italy will never have a crop of players like that EVER. another favourite of mine was Signori, what a footballer. compared to that era, we have poor footballers now, all power power and bore bore bore.....even mancini dint go to USA 1994

brings me to the debate of the definition of a GREAT PLAYER that i have regularly with my friends. Vialli won UefaCup,Two cup winners and European Cup and was a complete footballer. and a great guy i hear as well

  • @lipsodent Yes true I agree about the current players but i think to be considered great you have to do more than win trophies or score goals. You need to also display leadership qualities on and off the field at all levels.

To me, Vialli had all the tools at club level but unfortunately did not reallty display it at a national level, which means he falls short of the status of great to a status of really good.

  • @cevaking mi potresti dire il titolo della canzone?? grazie :)

  • @fenomenalex1897 La canzone e' chiamato Love is all around

  • @cevaking e?

  • Juve 1995:

Vialli - Baggio - Del Piero - Ravanelli
