wow thankx 4v this 2008 interview. I read when QAF was over on other forums that Randy wanted nothing to do with QAF/tv/movies because he wanted to avoid crazy fans,paparazzi, celebritism, etc. & stay in theatre, New York. so why doing this. big part of me wants to believe that he changed his mind but the reality could be he got paid to attend to this convention. Still Randy looks like he hasn't aged a bit. Still seems cute & genuine as ever.

I've not seen the entire series "QAF" but have ordered it. Of all that I have seen, the episode of Randy and Gale dancing at Justin's prom is one of the most beautiful dances I have seen. I have watched that scene over and over and over again! Beautiful, perfect, harmony. Really would love to see Randy on stage just once. He is a tremendous actor!

I hate when people label Randy as "Justin" from QAF, or just some piece of meat. Sure, he's really uniquely good looking and did a good job as Justin, but does anyone know what a truly amazing actor this boy really is?

Did anyone see him in Bang Bang Your Dead, or just about any other thing he's ever done? He has more talent in his pinky than most these days, and I really truly hope that he isn't throwing it away working on stupid projects or on his strange boyfriend who seems to stifle him.

He let the stardom of the show go to his head? From, want I've read/seen of him he has little interest in stardom. In the most recent interview I've read, he said he wanted to continue doing plays and hopefully earn enough to cover his mortgage. No mention of TV/films. Obviously a real fame whore.

He does come across as someone who wouldn't be shy to say he didn't like a storyline/script, and what's wrong with that, given his comments were supposedly aimed at things like the P Posse storyline.

They say there will never be a movie because Gale and Randy and the producers have conflict... but I don't know why. And Hal Sparks said he refuses to work with "two of the actors (Gale and Randy) Ever again".

G and R apparently did not like some of the storylines in seasons 4/5 (such as the Pink Posse), but mostly I'm sure the 2 of them wanted to do new things after playing the same roles for 5 years. Makes sense to me.

Hal supposedly doesn't want to work with GH again because he is "unprofessional" whatever that means, nor does he want to work with RH because he is supposedly a trouble maker. Really, I couldn't care less if a QAF film was made without Hal, but I'd hate to one without B/J.

I liked Hal's character towards the end of the show when he started being less of Brians shadow, stopped being jealous of Justin and like when he stuck up for ustin to Brian during the cancer issue. Also when he married Ben and was so good to Hunter - I thought he needed to back off a bit cuz Hunter never had a regemented life, but he showed he cared.  I hated him but learned 2 like his character in the end.

As much as I like Randy Harrison and his character on Queer As Folk I have to say that when he left QAF he had a very bad attitude. He didn't want any part of the wrap party and basically said he would have quit if they hadn't stopped the show. He could have at least been civil and celebrated the show and what it did. I haven't seen him breaking any records since he left QAF. I don't know of any work he has done that is of as much importance and his role on QAF. It was nice seeing him again.

wow, this totally made me smile. Through the whole interview. I only started watching Q.A.F about 2 months ago, and I have to say, Gale and Randy have come a long way. I certainly wish they would have tried to keep things going on the show, and I agree with some of you, they should TOTALLY make a movie out of Q.A.F, sum it up, let the viewers have their long lost dreams come true. its weird. All the actors seem like a family on screen and off screen but after shooting is done and the series is done, they all forget about eachother. Hal Sparks doesnt keep in touch with any of em, unless he sees them (said in an interview recently) and Randy doesnt seem to care. Its just weird... pretty sad.

I don't know him personnally, so it's just rumors, but, "rumors" said that he was a little "too much", always wanting to be the center of all attentions...

Anyway, it's just a question of affinity as long as human relationship are involved, and I guess he didn't bond as much as the others actors did (forgot Peter/Gale in my list who send each other emails ). Now back to the great Randy !
