  • How can anybody dislike this song. These brothas are jammin

  • Straight up Chicago K-Town slow jam. WVON forever!!! Joe Cobb, E Rodney Jones, Cecil Hale, Jay Johnson, Herbert Rodgers Kent, and Richard Pigue.

  • This is real stepping music

  • OMG........... Smooth , smooth, smooth as all get out, My favourite Choice Four song.

  • In the late 60's the talent shows at Eastern High School were the best and Choice Four were always stars. I remember singing on Chuck Chandler's front porch on Independence Avenue in the summer time with maybe ten of the best singers from Eastern. Those were the days. Miss you all.

    Gerald (Camaros)

  • My favorite Choice Four song. The title is sooo true, young and in love and thinking that it's going to last but only for some people.

  • My cousin was a member of this group, he"s the one with the big afro-Ted "Jr." Meduro. We were so proud of him when they made it to Soul Train on the strength of this song!! Phone lines were lit up from DC to NY to Chicago for 4 1/2 minutes. Unfortunately they came along at a time when music was changing. Male groups were saturating the market and disco was taking over. (Van McCoy blew up with the release of 'The Hustle') But for a brief moment all eyes were on them.

  • i was young and in love when this song came out so long ago. such a simple time in my life. sounds so good.

  • can someone repost "Youre so right for me" by the choice four.. it was here, but obviously taken off for reasons i cant imagine, considering it was by far their most beautiful song, and one of the loveliess ballads ever!!

  • played this song thousands of times over the years. always a treat. always puts a smile on my face. ......There ain't nothin that you can't do.......impossible dreams come true yes they do baby,

  • Music like this classic cut across all lines of society and brought us together, instead of the divisive hate-mongering music of today.

  • A true classic! I wish there was a forum amongst the many Black radio formats, that would include this type of music in their playlists. What they call R&B nowdays is a joke by comparison!!!

  • A Real love song this is, not like the crap they call R&B today.

  • Me and my best friend use to play her record player and we use to blast this song and everybody on the block and we would sinnng!!!

  • Takes me back to The President's Lounge on 75th Street in Chicago!! I stepped to this record a many of Friday nights!!!

  • Another great group from Your Nations Capitol

  • CHI TOWN STEPPERS SPECIAL.THANKS FOR THE POST

  • Takes me back - way back!

  • @local2458 I am so glad that I spent more time listening to the radio. I remember this song from when I was a little boy. It takes me back to the days when everything was much simpler and fun. I;m so glad I grew up listening to such great music.

  • Scritta da Van McCoy e resa famosa nella disco version da Ralph Carter.

    Molto bella . Grazie.

  • Very nice. Never heard it before.
