I wonder what Cosby's childhood friends thought of his act? I recently read that Albert Robertson, the real-life basis for Fat Albert, is buried in Philadelphia Memorial Park in Cosby's hometown.
has anyone seen a copy of the story of eating in an Italian restaurant with the menu in Italian, and he figured he should be able to read it because he had two years of Latin one. I have been trying to find that forever.
@ad2atlga -- Found it by searching for "Fernet Branca." Tried to post the link to it (WSHSkins44 posted the file -- Muchas Gracias), but, for some reason, trying to post a comment w/ the link kept giving me an error message.
Bill Cosby has got to be one the funniest, if not the funniest, comedians that can do stand-up without being having to be dirty. Not that I mind a dirty comedian or anything, but Bill Cobsy is the man :)
They cut out some parts in this story. there is a longer version that included his Dad and putting holes in the muffler and talking about Fat Albert working on the car bent over it and a few other things.
It's been edited where is the part " we had to hang on the right door to keep all four wheels on the ground, he could never make a right turn twice I've lost the seat of my pants" and there is more of it.
Three people flooded it.

90Christin 1 year ago
@90Christin yeah, he's like George Carlin, he does a fantastic job of accentuating his comedy with wild expressions.
I also really like it when he changes his voice so it sounds it sounds all official. Where's like
"Fat Albert had a car"
and from the Drinking skit
"Slow Down"
those are funny

Do you guys remember the Hit Comedy Radio website ?
I guess that was the name.
That's how I've become acquainted with Bill's stand up comedy and Adam Sandler.
It's a shame that the website ended (or at least has been kinda suspended)
