to tell if you are missing just look at the notes, they don't light up when you play them wrong (they're not hard to see)
A lot of times you'll repeat the same notes for a bit, at that time you don't have to focus on the notes, so you can see the text around, also you could tell when your finger hits a different string, or fret.
You play with low e string on top? I'm surprised - I assumed people who already knew guitar would switch it to standard tablature notation (i.e. low E on bottom)
I changed to standard tablature notation, and there's not really a big difference... you pay more attention to the colors(at least i do) so it's basically the same
Hey everyone who reads this comment, please check out our song on this channel. We are a new band from the UK aged 15-16 and we are really trying to succeed. We will be going to a studio soon to record our songs properly but the video on here is our first draft of our first ever song. We have written/ are writing more songs at the minute so please comment and like the video! Every little helps!
@toymasheenSH I don't have any issues with the leaderboards in the mini-games. I just wish they had included the leaderboard motivation in the actual songs as well.
@roseofjerichoband While I agree with you the fact that outside of the "Groove Bonus" and "Nice Bend" there isn't much score differentiation would make the leaderboards about as interesting as vocals on Rock Band 2 lol
As a person with 0 guitar playing ability I had no idea what that chart was meant to represent. I learned more from watching the video of your hand placement than the actual game chart! How are you meant to play while looking at the screen and not the fret board?
@Tiwaking I definitely found the chart disorienting the first time i saw it. You get used to it the more you play the game though. Also, in general, while you do look at your hand a lot when you first start, eventually you want to be able to play without having to look at your hands at all.
U SEE THE ERRORS IN THE REPLAY ,, USE IT

@spyicu It doesn't make a difference. The game is scored based on pitch.

Just to mention this, I believe you can switch betwenn Rocksmith Mode and Tabs Mode.
i.e. you can reverse the order of the strings so it resembles the very common tabs more ;)

the leaderboards in the mini-games motivate you to play them more. Which tricks you into practicing scales, chords, harmonics, tremolo picking, etc
