It's not a terrible game, but I had to reduce settings to zilch to get it to work on my computer, and even then it lags. I don't know why, as my computer is about a year old and plays Spore perfectly. I guess that sort of refutes what I just said about it not being terrible as I've never actually played it long enough to find out.

I think that an actual board game would be a lot more fun. Perhaps someone ought to do that some day?

paths to a kingdom ? dont make me laugh. what kingdom ? you got these weird tiles on wich you can build. all the stuff you build doesnt make any sense and your cities look like a bunch of thrown togheter buildings with some roads inbetween. it failed on both the citybuilding style of the more newer settlers games and it failed on the fun gameplay of the older ones. wasted my cash on this one
