Sometimes..your ability to stay with a band and appreciate their experimentation.. corresponds to your emotional flexibility and capacity, in the end music is just different emotions and atmospheres.. maybe some people arent ready to " go there " when a band does..And usually its the half of the fans that accuse the band of being sell outs.. people need to stop being genre junkies.. get over it.. music is there to be experimented with.

Its just everytime i hear someone complaining about experimentation within metal... 9/10 times.. its usually because people are very obsessed with metal.. I like that you agree.. just wanted to clear up any generalisation :p

@crosboid i dont know many nu-metalists whose sound has so much desperation and fatalism in it, this is rather some post-doom if anything. i agree tho that in ghost of the sun the norrman's screaming was really unnecessary. but overall this album doesn't sound much different than LFGD
