why must they all do turning at the begining?

It's because judges must make sure everything is there, no artifical padding in the bathing suit etceteras. It's like at American Kennel Club championship you don't assume that you see two lumps in the scrotum they are both testicles. They have to bounce scrotum to test, even if it's female judge they have to do it. Do some research.

she is good, no doubt about that, the technique is there but Im guessing she wasnt the winner. Potential is present but the poses need to be deeper, for example her "streching pose" , she does lift her toes from the floor but she doesnt put her head too low, its still very high.

Then she needed to haver worn different clothes, I would have gone with a complete piece like most of the competitiors. Nice fish pose!

In India today, nearly every state holds some form of yoga championship; The competition is with yourself, not with others.
