I don't know if she's really Hmong Chinese but I know her name is Mee Hang. My brother used this song for the SOY New Year in Saint Paul Mn, 2006-2007 at Foods Mart. I forgot the album title but yep Mee Hang is her name. This is the only song I like in that album. WOW! So much memories listening to this song!
