UGH, I hated my first roommate too... he was a complete jackass. The only TV that WE agreed on was "Simpsons". He turned his nose down on ALL soaps, but I managed to make our room a gathering place for all-things Pine Valley in the days when Janet Green came back as Robin Mattson!! Good times. ;)

Wrong. Santa Barbara wasnt replaced by any soap opera on NBC. Santa Barbara was cancelled in 1993. Sunset Beach premiered in 1997.
