Yep, I know "House Arrest". It's a cool Synth Pop song. If you like them, then you possibly enjoy A-Ha, Duran Duran, New Order, Depeche Mode, A Flock of Seagulls, New Song, Human League, Buggles and so many others, too. From mid 80's to mid 90's, Synth Pop was a very present style of music played on radios. I appreciate it, it's cool.

Kraftwerk was formed in 1970 and the english Wikipedia has a very nice article about them. Check it out, it's interesting.
