I believe a call up to a national team is recognision of a player in form, and of promise. To say france are a poor side also, is something I disagree with completely. If your basing this view on the previous world cup, then you must think england are poor, and brazil italy. And believe Ghana are a top power in world football. France are a very good side, at 23 koscielny is young for a cb. Also if your not an arsenal fan why are you commenting about koscielny?

@TheMflook France are a poor side, a call up to them is nothing to write home about. I don't follow arsenal. Arshavin is good but i can see him leaving arsenal sooner rather then later. He's improved undoubtedly but lets wait until the end of the sason until we make an informed judgement.
