it doesn't matter, how much of a tough day i had; how much problems i've experienced till now; how many thoughts i have which make me go in crisis; how many things i have to do for tomorrow. Nothing matters any more when i listen to this music. It's just pure magic.

I thing that will be better for you to stop rock'n roll and commercial music ...
a boy played this piece for me many years ago. We had just made love for the first time and while i was on his bed resting he went to his piano and begun playing. I'll never forget him.
one thing about this nocturne, i find a lot of deviation in versions that people play. i wonder which is the true version that chopin wrote? anyone here knows? pls shed light on the different editions available for this piece! thanks!
is this the best interpretation of this track? this has to be my favorite nocturne and i have Moravec's cd of the nocturnes which is amazing but sadly this track isn't on there:(
@mmbmbmbmb I don't try it. I do it. But since I am a piano student I'm supposed to develop my critical skill by comparing different interpretations, too.
@DafniElissa ... sorry DafniElissa, surely I ment no harm. However I still think with two such great pianists there really is no such thing as one being "better" than the other. They just have a different "take" on the piece.

@mmbmbmbmb I know what you mean...and of course I recognise them both as great pianists, the point is that I just prefer one interpretation to another. A truly beautiful piano performance. Violinists will find it interesting to listen to Nathan Milstein's two extraordinary recordings (both on Youtube) of his own arrangement of this Nocturne. Milstein himself said, in an interview when he was in his 80s, that the reason he wrote violin arrangements of some well-known pieces that were not written for violin, is that he believed that in most ways they went better on the violin. Not such a good interpretation. You should hear my neighbor's kid play it. This piece requires more then just technique. Very few can play it correctly.
