Yeah, I have always been a back deadlifter, very little quad used at the start of this lift. Trying to teach yourself how to lift can be really hard. Fortunately using video is a good way to see how fucked up your form really is and can help you fix it. I'll try to get a new video of my deadlifting in a few weeks, the change in form is amazing.
Weight lifting is results driven, if you get results the wrong way it's tough to want to change. Never stop learning though.

i'm not a nitpicker but i gotta agree, very rounded back from top to bottom
that doesnt make it any less impressive, just a lot more dangerous
