it's called 503 because in the book and even in the movie the academic Robert Langdon explain the meanig: 5 = pentagram 0= nothing and 3= the third book of Galileo il diagrama

It is Chevaliers de Sangreal but its like a pimp version^^...its quit the old melodie, but other instruments, and maybe a small differenz in speed.
