While it was certainly fun and delightful to play through a constant wonderment of brilliant level design and physics-based obstacles, I'm more inclined to have a lengthier amount of fun with tight, precise platforming rather than just admiring the constant brilliance of those who designed this game.

If you believe a guy, who admittedly never played the game you are a fool. I don't know many games where 30 (btw only 20€ new from Amazon) bucks are better spent on. While in LBP1 you could create jump'n run levels, in LBP 2 you can create (and play of course) levels of ANY TYPE OF GAMEPLAY. And believe me, the community has allready made great use of it. LBP2 is the most creative and imaginative game of all time.

Mincraft "just" let's you build objects, buildings or landscapes, but not gameplay content. Garrys mod "just" let's you make machinimas.
