I"m not sure Dr. Manhattan would win because it is unclear just how his powers would translate into the Dragonball Universe.
From where I am standing I would pin him as a combination of Dabura's matter creating/modifying powers and Cell's regeneration which means at most he would be equal to a weak SS2. In that case SS3 Goku would have easily thrashed his ass.
At the same time Goku in the Watchmen universe would be just so crazily underpowered seeing as how in this universe it's no longer the crazy Ki logic of the DBZverse he's so used to but rather a more realistic scientific approach to power and if that is the case then Goku is just so screwed no matter how many SSJ forms he discovers. Hell a Human with a gun could kill him.
All in all, being in each other's universe's would just end the fight for either one just like that.

Dr. Manhattan is on a whole other level than your average DBZ villain, he isn't bound to survival on how much Ki he has nor does he even have Ki nor does he even need it to regenerate from damage down to a molecular level. He was completely disintegrated by Ozymandias' machine and he came back looking just as new as he did the first time he got turned into nothing.
When it comes to destroying Dr. Manhattan you're going to need something FAR better than Ki blasts.

The size of the damage output from Ozymandias' machine isn't a factor here, what is a factor is that the machine's destructive wave of energy could completely turn matter down to the molecule into nothing and Dr. Manhattan came back from it and wasn't even impressed.
If Goku got touched by that same wave of energy he would've been turned into nothing as well except he wouldn't be coming back.

This isn't a simple ki attack, it's a molecule dispersing energy wave which Goku has died of before ex. Cell's explosion despite Goku being way more powerful.
Goku never tanks attacks that destroy anything more than tiny mountains, he always dodges/redirects planet busting attacks elsewhere via IT or cancelling Ki attacks out with his own and Vegito was only able to fight as candy because of the magic of the potara earrings. Z fighters aren't invincible just clever with their power.

Goku's really quite lame and overrated seeing as how fans like to overhype him everywhere there's a Goku vs fight and he's not really much of a character because of how he just wants to eat and train all the time and pull off a miracle every now and then while Dr. Manhattan's character was really in-depth of his view on reality while overpowered and they left it as that.

Fist of the North Star, Mobile Suit Gundam, Akira, and many other animes all own DBZ in comparison. Watchmen was far better than DBZ in terms of characters and their roles in the storytelling while DBZ is just a long ol' dragged on version of Dragonball which was just supposed to be a parody of Journey to the West but then got retarded as Akira Toriyama was pressured by fans and his editors to keep it going for as long as possible.
@BurningNoheart7 we saw Vegeta survive an attack stronger than his Earth destroying Gallick Gun when Goku blasted him with Kamehameha. We also so Recoome laugh a stronger Gallick Gun off. There are plenty more examples- see Frieza cancelling out the Kaioken Kamehameha or even the Z fighters from Saiyan Saga taking blasts that can level the moon (that's 1/6th the size of Earth)
The moon is actually between 1/4 and 1/3 the size of the Earth seeing as how it being 27% the size of Earth doesn't mathematically make it 1/6 the size of Earth. Also in DBZ a planet busting blast isn't an attack taken just so easily nor is it fully planet busting unless it is able to burrow down into the planet and damage the core, Frieza also launched a planet busting attack at the core of Namek in his 50% power form and didn't even blow up the planet with one shot.

Frieza was trying to blow up Namek period, after he saw that Namek wasn't gone he was disappointed about that and even said although he missed Namek would still blow up because he hit the core but didn't completely destroy it. There's nothing to indicate that Namek is bigger or smaller than Earth all we know is that it wasn't destroyed in one shot.
So people weaker than Raditz being able to blow up Earth? No chance.

Then how do you explain his surprise about the fact that Namek was still around? He improvised when he saw that it wasn't and then decided to fight Goku because he was confident his 100% power could beat him in the time remaining but then resorted to awful, revenge tactics once that plan failed. Also the moon is FAR easily destroyed than a planet in DBZ, AT dictated that logic goes out the window when it comes to a Ki beam even as weak as a PL of 10 blowing up a lunar body.

That's not what he said at all, Frieza gave a rather obvious hint before he threw his attack that his intent was to destroy the planet and Goku was crapping his pants once he saw it fly down towards the planet. Also power levels in Dragonball are much lower than DBZ's, Roshi said at the 22nd Budokai that he had trained and was even stronger than the last tournament seeing as how his full power could have beaten Tien but his weaker power in the last tournament destroyed the moon.
@BurningNoheart7 the core was exposed if I can recall-that's why Goku was worried-Goku was worried simply because he can't breathe in space. Frieza was still going to power up-if he used an attack like what he did to planet Vegeta, he wouldn't have the time to gather energy before Goku attacked him- the attack would be too small. However, his small planet nuker hit the core directly.

Back to the original point, Goku's survival against Ki attacks isn't really consistent when the concept that said specific attacks are "able to destroy a planet". At some points when beams and large spheres are launched at Goku that greatly trump Vegeta's full power on Earth Goku is able to tank them but once a character states that an attack can destroy a planet suddenly everyone is yelling around in fear for their lives and Goku always tries to dodge those attacks.

First off the only time it was about surviving in space for Goku was when he fought Frieza, second the next two times against Cell and Buu it was about completely dodging their planet busting Ki attacks seeing as how he had to use IT to dodge Cell's initial kamehameha and escape Buu's ball of Ki, third the destructive output of Buu's kamehameha on the Kaioshin planet was puny even though it was on par with SSJ3 Goku's power.

Well Goku pretty much defeated Buu at least once- he could've beat Fat Buu as SSJ3 and we saw him winning. He was even with Kid Buu and inside Super Buu him and Vegeta blew up the mock Super Buu.
LOL!! the dragonballs reappeared in the GT finale special meaning they didn't permanetely fuse with him, just temporarly because they were overused so much it would take years and years(100 years later) for them to be used again. Shenron kept them safe along with Goku so no one would use them again. Goku Jr found one, then Goku Senior appears telling him that he has to collect all 7 to make a wish. Like Shenron, if Goku's the new god, he's still beyond his power to wish anyone out of existence.

The dragonballs don't make Goku immortal or anymore powerful than he is, he was given 1000 extra years of life by the elder Kaioshin in DBZ and the dragonballs are highly limited in what they can do as said by Shenron and Kami.
None of the writers of GT haven't stated anything about Goku being god or immortal. People just hear that from every DBZtard that says it, then it spreads around the internet making them believe it. It's much worse than people believing Broly is a galaxy buster when it really was under attack in the original Japanese dub.
Alot of DBZ "fans" also don't seem to know that Broly wasn't in his LSSJ state when he attacked the southern galaxy and the mere fact that Goku visited the southern galaxy and there were visible planets and stars left in the background seems to undermine the whole "Broly can blow up a galaxy" argument in the first place.

Uh I just watched A Hero's Legacy again and there is no indication that Goku brought Puck back to life nor did he make Pan feel better, we really don't even know how that happened we can just assume Puck didn't really die and that Pan pulled a miracle. The fact that Goku Jr has a dragonball kills the theory that Goku still has Shenron's dragonballs and we don't even know if Goku trained during those 100 years, it's all assumption.

Puck is under GT logic so he very well could have survived that fall even though he shouldn't have or he could have found some miracle device that allowed him to live like he fell on something very soft at the bottom of the crevice or he was able to grab onto some kind of vine before he hit the ground, I dunno it is GT logic after all.

Inconsistency is the anime contradicting the manga, in the dubs they changed alot of the content stated originally and replaced it with filler lines and filler scenes never make sense seeing as how Vegeta and Nappa could be in space when Frieza made it clear that Saiyans need to breathe air and it was even stated more so in DBKai like Cell saying that he would be able to leave the planet pefore it exploded with IT and killing him with it.

Whether or not Saiyans can breathe in space is debatable, Bardock breathed in space as well, so did Gotenks when he flew around the earth. Bardock is pretty canon since AT oversaw the Episode of Bardock manga. The planet exploding wouldn't kill Cell. Frieza survived Namek's explosion after being cut in half and had no Ki left.

AT never said that, he was interviewed for the Daizenshuu and SEG and not once did he say that the DBZ manga or anime were the same thing. There are alot of fanmade interviews out there and some of them still float around on the web like the supposed AT interview that said DBZ characters were faster than light which he also never stated.

I"m not sure Dr. Manhattan would win because it is unclear just how his powers would translate into the Dragonball Universe.
From where I am standing I would pin him as a combination of Dabura's matter creating/modifying powers and Cell's regeneration which means at most he would be equal to a weak SS2. In that case SS3 Goku would have easily thrashed his ass.

At the same time Goku in the Watchmen universe would be just so crazily underpowered seeing as how in this universe it's no longer the crazy Ki logic of the DBZverse he's so used to but rather a more realistic scientific approach to power and if that is the case then Goku is just so screwed no matter how many SSJ forms he discovers. Dr. Manhattan is on a whole other level than your average DBZ villain, he isn't bound to survival on how much Ki he has nor does he even have Ki nor does he even need it to regenerate from damage down to a molecular level. He was completely disintegrated by Ozymandias' machine and he came back looking just as new as he did the first time he got turned into nothing.
When it comes to destroying Dr. Manhattan you're going to need something FAR better than Ki blasts.

The size of the damage output from Ozymandias' machine isn't a factor here, what is a factor is that the machine's destructive wave of energy could completely turn matter down to the molecule into nothing and Dr. Manhattan came back from it and wasn't even impressed.
If Goku got touched by that same wave of energy he would've been turned into nothing as well except he wouldn't be coming back.

This isn't a simple ki attack, it's a molecule dispersing energy wave which Goku has died of before ex. Cell's explosion despite Goku being way more powerful.
Goku never tanks attacks that destroy anything more than tiny mountains, he always dodges/redirects planet busting attacks elsewhere via IT or cancelling Ki attacks out with his own and Vegito was only able to fight as candy because of the magic of the potara earrings. Z fighters aren't invincible just clever with their power.

There are plenty more examples- see Frieza cancelling out the Kaioken Kamehameha or even the Z fighters from Saiyan Saga taking blasts that can level the moon (that's 1/6th the size of Earth)

The moon is actually between 1/4 and 1/3 the size of the Earth seeing as how it being 27% the size of Earth doesn't mathematically make it 1/6 the size of Earth. Also in DBZ a planet busting blast isn't an attack taken just so easily nor is it fully planet busting unless it is able to burrow down into the planet and damage the core, Frieza also launched a planet busting attack at the core of Namek in his 50% power form and didn't even blow up the planet with one shot.

Frieza was trying to blow up Namek period, after he saw that Namek wasn't gone he was disappointed about that and even said although he missed Namek would still blow up because he hit the core but didn't completely destroy it. There's nothing to indicate that Namek is bigger or smaller than Earth all we know is that it wasn't destroyed in one shot.

Then how do you explain his surprise about the fact that Namek was still around? He improvised when he saw that it wasn't and then decided to fight Goku because he was confident his 100% power could beat him in the time remaining but then resorted to awful, revenge tactics once that plan failed. Also the moon is FAR easily destroyed than a planet in DBZ, AT dictated that logic goes out the window when it comes to a Ki beam even as weak as a PL of 10 blowing up a lunar body.

That's not what he said at all, Frieza gave a rather obvious hint before he threw his attack that his intent was to destroy the planet and Goku was crapping his pants once he saw it fly down towards the planet. Also power levels in Dragonball are much lower than DBZ's, Roshi said at the 22nd Budokai that he had trained and was even stronger than the last tournament seeing as how his full power could have beaten Tien but his weaker power in the last tournament destroyed the moon.

Frieza was still going to power up-if he used an attack like what he did to planet Vegeta, he wouldn't have the time to gather energy before Goku attacked him- the attack would be too small. However, his small planet nuker hit the core directly.
Anyway, as you said Roshi (not even 1000th of Frieza) destroyed the moon

Back to the original point, Goku's survival against Ki attacks isn't really consistent when the concept that said specific attacks are "able to destroy a planet". At some points when beams and large spheres are launched at Goku that greatly trump Vegeta's full power on Earth Goku is able to tank them but once a character states that an attack can destroy a planet suddenly everyone is yelling around in fear for their lives and Goku always tries to dodge those attacks.

First off the only time it was about surviving in space for Goku was when he fought Frieza, second the next two times against Cell and Buu it was about completely dodging their planet busting Ki attacks seeing as how he had to use IT to dodge Cell's initial kamehameha and escape Buu's ball of Ki, third the destructive output of Buu's kamehameha on the Kaioshin planet was puny even though it was on par with SSJ3 Goku's power.

LOL!! the dragonballs reappeared in the GT finale special meaning they didn't permanetely fuse with him, just temporarly because they were overused so much it would take years and years(100 years later) for them to be used again. Shenron kept them safe along with Goku so no one would use them again. Goku Jr found one, then Goku Senior appears telling him that he has to collect all 7 to make a wish. Like Shenron, if Goku's the new god, he's still beyond his power to wish anyone out of existence.

Uh I just watched A Hero's Legacy again and there is no indication that Goku brought Puck back to life nor did he make Pan feel better, we really don't even know how that happened we can just assume Puck didn't really die and that Pan pulled a miracle. The fact that Goku Jr has a dragonball kills the theory that Goku still has Shenron's dragonballs and we don't even know if Goku trained during those 100 years, it's all assumption.
All in all he's prob still the same.

Puck is under GT logic so he very well could have survived that fall even though he shouldn't have or he could have found some miracle device that allowed him to live like he fell on something very soft at the bottom of the crevice or he was able to grab onto some kind of vine before he hit the ground, I dunno it is GT logic after all.

Which again makes Goku more powerful than a Galaxy buster at full power and equal to a galaxy buster when holding back. And so what if only at full power? He had his reasons for not going all out against Kid Buu. In different circumstances he wouldn't hold back.

i.e. anything that doesn’t directly contradict the manga is canon. Nothing in the manga suggests that Kid Buu COULDN'T destroy a Galaxy and Goku is also stated to be able to annihilate Kid Buu in an instant, therefore, it is canon that he is stronger than a galaxy buster.

Inconsistency is the anime contradicting the manga, in the dubs they changed alot of the content stated originally and replaced it with filler lines and filler scenes never make sense seeing as how Vegeta and Nappa could be in space when Frieza made it clear that Saiyans need to breathe air and it was even stated more so in DBKai like Cell saying that he would be able to leave the planet pefore it exploded with IT and killing him with it.

Whether or not Saiyans can breathe in space is debatable, Bardock breathed in space as well, so did Gotenks when he flew around the earth. Bardock is pretty canon since AT oversaw the Episode of Bardock manga. The planet exploding wouldn't kill Cell. Frieza survived Namek's explosion after being cut in half and had no Ki left.

There are alot of fanmade interviews out there and some of them still float around on the web like the supposed AT interview that said DBZ characters were faster than light which he also never stated.
