Sy pengundi UMNO dr Kedah nk luahkan rs trkilan kerana Pak Lah yg menyebabkan Kedah ditawan pihak pembangkang, di mana selama pemerintahan Tun Dr. Mahathir, Kedah kukuh di bawah UMNO.. There are some requirements to qualify for NBP.
1) all approved NBP members must wear diaper (any brand, Huggies, Johnson & Johnson etc.), to show the world that you all are not grown up yet.
2) all approved NBP members must suck pacifiers.
3) all approved NBP members must change their names to so&so NBP so&so.
4) all approved NBP members must drink milk/susu from the bottle .
5) Last but not least, only NO backbone RACE can apply.

Suggestion to Penang new government.
Cancel NEP, but replace with a much better policy called: NO-Backbone-Policy.
NO-Backbones-Policy. (NBP)
Any Malaysian (including Malays, Chinese, Indians & others) can come & register as member.
All NBP-members can enjoy FREE money from government every month. Don't need to work yet FREE money every month till they die.
How about that? Bet you will be the Chief Minister for as long as you like.

Why in Penang, group of young Malays protest DAP government for trying to demolish NEP?
This group of young Malays only represent a very tiny minority Malays.
This tiny minority group of Malays are lazy, non-productivity, and no-backbones.
They wish the government can give them FREE money every month so that they can spend and don't need to work.
Majority of Malays are hardworking, peaceful, good, fair & kind people.
They are ashamed of this lazy group too.

But government is telling the different story, they give the world an impression :

The truth is, Malays are as competitive as any other races.
Majority of Malays are peaceful, intelligent, kind & hardworking people.
They have backbones, & pride too.
They don't want & don't need the NEP to help/ or feed them.
But why government still insists to implement NEP?
Because then, the politicians & the Elite group can reap from this New Economic Policy.
That's look around, how many Malays are rich because of NEP? Very few. Only the elite group.

More than 60% of Malaysia's populations are Malays, & the ruling BN headed by UMNO is a Malay base-political party since 1957.
Why after more than 30 years of implementing NEP to help Malays, the government still think Malays are not independent enough to compete with other races, especially Chinese?
1)Is it because The Government think that in nature Malays are not competetive enough?
Or
2)The politicians can reap from the NEP?

freemsia If ure talking about housing disc, how many non bumi's can afford big houses? do u still want discount when u can afford to buy? (this is selfish), MARA- if ure talking abt scholarship, govt has provided a quota for non bumi's to study based on merits. Govt tender - yes u need to have a bumi status. But all the resources like cables, sand, concrete, metals and so much more purchased from non bumi's which 70% owned by them. So whatelse is x fair? Still want more? that is just greedy

After the 2008 election, all ordinary Malaysians really wish the new governments & opposition fronts can work together & bring progress & creat a better place for them to work & live peacefully.
Reminder to the oppositions, power will creat greed, please check your MPs & statemen closely. Any corruption case is zero tolerance.
Lastly, a reminder to whosoever rules Malaysia & individual states, please be fair to all races.

But it is obvious there is racism. Everyone knows that the NEP and all govt polices are to benefit one race only. Housing dicount, MARA, govt contracts, etc,... It is all meant to help only one race only, even though the person is rich and does not need the assistance.
