I wonder if they talked about those fireworks that burst out into picture and words in the program. I always wonder who they can achieve that.

Basically for the pattern shells like rings, hearts, etc. you just make the shape inside the shell with the stars and when it broeaks the projectiles will ignite and make the intended design.

I always get a bit annoyed hearing how expensive the shows are to put on. And I don't know if the government pays for 100% or if there are substantial donations for most fireworks shows, but Baltimore should be using its funds for something other than explosives.
