Hi I bought a KYK 30000 from Corea and they sent it to me in Italy. But there is a problem with the machine, my source water in italy is about 7.2 and the maximum alkaline water I get even if I set it to 10.0 will come out from the steel hose at 8.30. also I don't get acidic water at all. I contacted the factory and they told me it needs to be modified. I use the hanna instrument to check the ph and both units I bought gave me te same results. What can I do about it.

@alexmillennium I'm guessing you need to remineralize your water. You do this by adding a Remineralizer prefilter.

Is this testing the Tyent Turbo or the regular Tyent?
