Definitely going to try this recipe; looks delicious. Feel sorry for the chef, though. The only down side to posting videos is the cheap shots taken by some of the universe's dimmer lights who imagine rather more pith in their comments than any intelligent person could possibly perceive. Sure hope they wash those knuckles thoroughly after dragging them on the ground....

@mesentsev Really? I've never done it before but I've seen dishes where fish is served with a creamy sauce. Why can't you put cream in fish? (Just curious, don't wanna do it if it's bad)
